My husband and I were so concerned about our Air Conditioner needing repair. First, an extreme heat wave is expected this week, and we couldn’t afford a huge AC repair bill. When I opened my front door, I was greeted by a kind smile. Zach listened to me explain the issue, asked a few questions, and promptly tested the unit. He was professional and honest. Zach explained that we needed a new capacitor, and assured us that everything else looked good. He showed me the old part and patiently suggested options that I had on ways to replace the part, and where I could purchase it, should I choose to do so. Zach also didn’t try to pressure us into buying something that we really didn’t need, like a total replacement. I have dealt with high pressure scammers before. Zach is different. He really cares. I will definitely be sharing this business with any of my family and friends who need assistance with their air conditioning, and we will call Zach if we ever need help again. Thanks again Zach!

Guthrie & Sons installed, and all electric heat pump system for myAC And heating needs. Vlad Thoroughly surveyed my home and needs, answered my many questions, and designed the system as well as additional options. Installation was scheduled in just a few days, and Christian, Michael, and.Andriy showed up on time and completed the installation in just one day. The small space and limited access where my old furnace had been became an issue, but Michael presented a creative solution that worked. I couldn’t be happier and would not hesitate to recommend Guthrie.&Sons.

I had my HVAC system replaced by Guthrie & Sons and was impressed throughout the entire process. The crew showed up right on schedule, laid down drop cloths, draped the work area with plastic, and handled the removal and installation with care. Everything was completed in one day, exactly as promised. A minor issue came up after the install, and they responded right away and fixed it without any hassle. Professional, reliable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Easy company to work with and quick scheduling from initial consultation to work completed. Mario came out for the initial consultation and James & Andriy completed the work of replacing our ducts. All three were professional, kind, and informative. I was surprised they were able to take out our duct work and replace it all in one day and I super appreciate that they crawled around in our short attic in this summer heat. They will be my recommendation for hvac needs.

I am very pleased with the service I received for replacing my furnace in my second story condo. This company really tries to please their customers, which is rare these days. Matthew and James were pleasant, knowledgeable and patient with my questions. The office was great about staying in touch regarding date and time to expect the technicians and providing the number to call for questions. I sam so happy I chose this company to do the job.

I was told by a couple other companies that I needed to replace my system. Vlad came out and made sure that my old system actually needed to be replaced and found it could be fixed for a fraction of the price. I appreciate the honesty and would definitely recommend. Edit the technician came out and made the repairs. He did a good job of explaining the situation and giving a couple options.

We had Rob from Guthrie & Sons come out to repair one of our A/C units. Rob was very friendly and professional. Rob resolved the problem quickly. As far as price goes, I paid a higher flat fee 12 years ago from one of the larger local companies. I'm very impressed with pricing and quality of work. I highly recommend Guthrie & Sons and Rob.

Guthrie & Sons has always been super professional and knowledgeable about our system. They did the install a few years ago and have continued to maintain it for us. This year we noticed that our system wasn't performing as well, so when Wayne came out, he noticed a likely leak and was back 2 days later to find and fix it. He was quick, professional, and just extremely nice! 100% recommend.

Called one of the "big guys" in town and the estimate to do what needed to be done to diagnose my problem was nearly 1/2 the cost of the system when I purchased it and had it installed 5.5 years ago, I found Guthrie & Sons and they came out the same day and did the same work for 1/4 the price I was quoted for the same exact work! Daniel was friendly, honest and quickly got my system working as expected. I even purchased the service plan so I don't have future problems. I highly recommend these guys, they were awesome, don't get ripped off call Guthrie & Sons!!!

Matt and Bryan are truly the A-Team! Their teamwork was outstanding and the workmanship was meticulous. The air handler was carefully installed, wiring neatly secured, plenum perfectly fitted, and the condenser precisely positioned and leveled for proper clearance and vibration control. The line set was pressure-tested and vacuumed as well. They also left the work area clean and neat. Please congratulate them for a job well done!
