When you need assistance with your heating or air system, our certified technicians will come to your home and provide an evaluation of your system. If your system could use a repair that will enhance the safety and/or performance, we will provide a recommendation. Otherwise, if your system is performing optimally, we’ll let you know! We’ll reach out to you once a year (if you are on a furnace/heater only plan) or twice a year (if you are on a furnace/heater and air conditioning plan). USA members also receive exclusive benefits such as 15% discount on repairs, priority service, and more!
2 Year Labor Warranty
We understand a new heating and air conditioning system is an investment. Protect your investment with a 2 year labor warranty included with every new installation.
10 Year Extended Warranties
At Guthrie & Sons, we offer top-of-the-line heating and air conditioning products, backed with warranties, installed by our certified technicians. On top of your standard 2-year warranty included with every new installation, we offer an extended 10-year warranty for your additional peace-of-mind. Annual maintenance is required to keep your extended warranty active.
Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee
Our certified technicians are factory trained to service and install any make or model. In the rare occasion our installation or service repair failed due to our workmanship, we will come out and fix it at no cost to you.
Property Protection Guarantee
We promise to treat your home with utmost care as if it were our own. This includes wearing booties to prevent dirt coming into your home; laying down drop cloths to protect your floors; and wiping down all surfaces prior to leaving your home. It’s as if we weren’t even there!
