7. Check and test condensate pump
8. Check and test all condensate switches
9. Visual inspection of indoor coil
10. Visual inspection of ductwork
11. Check thermostat operation
12. Check condition of line set where exposed
13. Inspect and tighten all electrical connections
14. Inspect outdoor fan blades
15. Test amps of outdoor fan motor
16. Test amps of compressor
17. Check refrigerant charge
18. Check suction pressure
19. Check discharge pressure
20. Check super-heat readings
21. Check sub-cool readings
22. Check outside ambient temperature
23. Check return air wet – bulb temperature
24. Check return air dry – bulb temperature
25. Check supply dry – bulb temperature
