Guthrie & Sons installed new heating and A/C units for me several years ago and I've used them for annual maintenance ever since. They've always been good to work with but have been a disaster the last few months. They've rescheduled my prepaid maintenance visit 3 times in a row - each at the last minute after I had arranged to be home waiting for the tech. The customer service team displays no empathy or understanding that I work for a living as well and these last minute cancellations are more than just a mild inconvenience when it happens repeatedly. Clearly they are prioritizing new installations over prepaid maintenance visits which is their choice but they shouldn't offer and take money for maintenance services that they are unable or unwilling to provide.
Zach was awesome. He made sure maintenance was being followed and made a couple recommendations to new technology.Great people and company work with!

I've always liked working with this company. It's been quite a few years since we did business but they are still really great folks. The price was way cheaper than the big shop. I had gotten a bid from that advertises and has fancy trucks.
