Air Conditioning Tune Ups & Maintenance

We will clear the debris, dirt and dust particles on and around the condenser.

We will rinse clean the outdoor condenser coil.

If you have an air cleaner, we will clean the components. 

If you have a washable air filter, we will clean it for you. If you have a disposable air filter, we will replace it for you. Customer must supply filter or we can provide one at an additional cost.

If your system has a U.V. light bulb, we will replace it for you. Customer must supply U.V. light bulb or we can provide one for an additional cost.

We will check your condensate drain lines to ensure they are not clogged. *Cleaning and flushing of the drain lines is an additional cost.

To ensure the pump is operating safely and efficiently.

We will check for kinks, rips, or tears in your ductwork that may affect airflow.
